The team went undefeated, winning 3 games on Saturday, May 31. This marks the team's 3rd title of the season to go along with two 2nd Place finishes, and an overall record of 19-7. LADY PRIDE 13U CAPTURES 2008 CLAY CLASSIC TITLE Coach Stan Craft and his 13U Lady Pride girls claimed the 2008 Clay Classic tournament championship May 18. The team went undefeated to take home yet another trophy. Congratulations girls on a fantastic job!

LADY PRIDE 12U SNAGS 2 OUT OF 3 AT CLAY The Lady Pride 12U team won 2 out of 3 games in the 2008 Clay Classic. The team, playing up in the 13U bracket, averaged nearly 50 points per game. Great job girls!

LADY PRIDE 14U FINISHES 2ND IN STATE Coach Vince Pierce's defending YBOA State Champion 14U Pride team fought hard to retain their title, but fell in OT in the 2008 championship game. Congratulations team on a great accomplishment, 2nd in the state!

LADY PRIDE 13U TAKES 2ND PLACE IN STATE Coach Stan Craft and his 13U Lady Pride Green team roared into the state tournament championship game undefeated. The team fought hard but fell in OT in the championship game. Congratulations girls on a significant accomplishment - 2nd in the State!

LADY PRIDE 14U CLAIMS ANOTHER TITLE Coach Vince Pierce and his 14U girls claimed yet another championship, taking 1st place in the 2008 Pride Spring Invitational on April 27. The team went undefeated in their pool and then took a thrilling one-point come from behind victory over the Road Runners in the championship game. Abby Isom led the team with 21 points in the title game. Congratulations girls on a super tournament and season!

LADY PRIDE 13U TAKES 2ND IN 2008 PRIDE SPRING INVITATIONAL Coach Stan Craft and his 13U Lady Pride finished 2nd in our tourney. The team went undefeated in their pool before falling by 2 points to Bama's Best in a thrilling championship game. Great job team!

LADY PRIDE 12U FINISHES SECOND IN 2008 PRIDE SPRING INVITATIONAL Coach Bruce Smith's 12U girls won 2nd place in the Spring Invitational. The team finished unbeaten in their pool and lost a hard-fought battle to the Tuscaloosa Checkers in the title game. The team has won at least 2 games in 5 of the 6 tournaments they've entered this season to run their record to 14-6. Congratulations girls on a super season!

LADY PRIDE 10U CLAIMS 2008 SWOOSH SPRING JAM TITLE Coach J. J. Mauk and his 10U Lady Pride breezed through the 2008 Swoosh Spring Jam, going undefeated and claiming their second championship of the season. Fantastic job girls!

LADY PRIDE 13U CLAIMS 2008 SWOOSH SPRING JAM TITLE Coach Stan Craft and his 13U Lady Pride claimed the championship in the 2008 Swoosh Spring Jam. The team went undefeated in their pool and then won in a convincing manner against the Lady Ballers in the title game. Congratulations team!

LADY PRIDE 14U CLAIMS AUBURN KINGS TITLE Winning doesn't get old - just ask the 14U Lady Pride. The team traveled to Montgomery April 6 and claimed the 2008 Auburn Kings tournament championship. The team capped off a perfect record in the tournament by beating Wakula, Florida 38-27 in the championship game. Morgan Henry, Andrea Moore and Ashley Hudson were named to the all-tournament team, with Henry being named Tournament MVP. The team is now 9-0 on the season.

LADY PRIDE 10U FINISHES FIRST IN 2008 PRIDE TIP-OFF Coach J. J. Mauk and his 10-Under Lady Pride kicked the season off in style by claiming the championship of the 2008 Pride March Tip-Off Tournament. Playing in their first tournament of the season the team went 3-0, defeating the Swoosh, Comets, and the Elite to take home the 1st Place trophy. Congratulations girls on a fantastic start to the season.

LADY PRIDE 12U CLAIMS ANOTHER CHAMPIONSHIP Coach Bruce Smith has reason to be proud of his team this season. The 12U Lady Pride team captured the 2008 Pride March Tip-Off Championship March 30. The team went 3-0 in the tournament and won a thrilling OT game against the Alabama Energizers. The team has played in 3 tournaments thus far in 2008, winning two championships and finishing second once. Congratulations girls on an outstanding performace!

LADY PRIDE 13U FINISHES 2ND Coach Stan Craft and his 13U Lady Pride team went undefeated to win their pool in the 2008 Pride March Tip Off Tournament. The team then lost a close championship game to the Alabama Elite to finish 2nd out of 10 teams. Great job team!

LADY PRIDE 14U KEEPS ROLLING Coach Vince Pierce and his 14-Under Lady Pride team continued rolling by claiming the 2008 Pride March Tip-Off Championship. The defending state champions knocked off the Swoosh and Excel in their pool, and then defeated the Roadrunners in the championship game. The team remains undefeated at 7-0 this season. Nice job team!

PRIDE 14U TAKES MONDAY NIGHT WIN The Lady Pride 14-Under team defeated the Alabama Twisters 59-44 in a hard-fought game Monday night, March 24 at Samford University. Sami Browning led the Pride with 15 points. Great game girls!

DEFENDING STATE CHAMP 14U LADY PRIDE TAKES 2008 AHS CHAMPIONSHIP Winning never gets old - just ask Vince Pierce and his 14U Lady Pride. The defending YBOA State Champions kicked off the 2008 season in style, claiming first place in the 2008 Albertville High School Classic. The team, playing up in the 15U bracket, defeated the Tennessee Heat, Bama's Best and Prattville to claim top honors. Congratulations girls on a great start to the season.

LADY PRIDE 12U WINS 2008 AHS CLASSIC The Lady Pride 12-Under Girls, coached by Bruce Smith and Stan Craft, captured the 2008 Albertville High School Spring Classic Championship. The team won its two pool games by an average of 15 points and then captured the championship with a 49-30 win over the Bama Belles in the title game. Coach Smith's team ran their season record to 6-2 and have a 1st Place and 2nd Place trophy to show for their two tournaments this season. Congratulations girls!
